Bread Bosses 9 Inch Banneton Proofing Basket and Bread Bakers Lame Slashing Tool
A round proofing basket and a scoring lame: the two small tools behind a bakery-shaped boule.
Why it fits Lumi’s kitchen
- A banneton supports the dough while it proofs, so a round loaf keeps its shape.
- The lame scores a clean, shallow cut that lets the loaf open where you choose.
- Sold as a pair, which makes it an easy gift for a new sourdough baker.
“The spiral flour rings on a bakery loaf come from the basket, and the clean ear comes from the blade.” — a note from Lumi’s world, not a product test.
